General Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18)

• Genuine interest in humanitarian, community, or charitable work

• Ability to work respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds

Commitment & Availability

• Minimum time commitment as specified for each volunteer role

• Punctuality and reliability in attending scheduled activities

• Willingness to complete assigned tasks responsibly

Skills & Experience

• Relevant skills or experience are an advantage but not mandatory

• Openness to learning and receiving guidance

• Teamwork and basic communication skills

Documentation & Screening

• Completion of volunteer application form

• Provision of valid identification

• Background checks may be required for roles involving children or vulnerable populations

Health & Safety

• Physical and mental ability to perform assigned volunteer duties

• Compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies

• Willingness to follow all organizational guidelines and procedures

Code of Conduct

• Respect for confidentiality and privacy

• Zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or abuse

• Professional behavior at all times while representing the organization
